Whether it’s organizing community events, serving on local boards, or simply sharing a milkshake with coworkers, we believe in celebrating the big wins and the small moments alike. Stopping to enjoy something as simple as a milkshake, like we did for Administrative Professionals Day at our three offices, is just one example of how we appreciate the little things. Treats from Gordy’s Warming House, King of Creams, Sweeden Sweets, and Superior Nutrition brought smiles to our faces, reminding us that taking time to pause, connect, and savor these moments is just as important as the hard work we put in every day.
Company Picnic
We kicked off August with our annual company picnic/camping trip. This helps our team members to unwind, connect, and create memories in the great outdoors. It was a perfect opportunity to step away from our desks and immerse ourselves in nature. Our Management/Leadership Team took care of everything! Staff could attend free to just sit back and relax, enjoying time with family and friends. These moments of relaxation and camaraderie help us recharge and return to work with renewed energy and focus.
Reliable Agency Turned 50 Years Old!
This summer, we celebrated a huge milestone – we turned 50 years old. Half a century of serving our community is no small feat! We commemorated this achievement with a celebration that brought together our team, clients, company reps, and community members. It reflected our agency’s commitment to our community and plan for the next 50 years of building trusted relationships.
41st Annual BIG i MN North Region Golf & Dinner Fundraiser

Alongside the BIG i MN, we coordinated the BIG i MN North Region Golf Classic for the 41st consecutive year. We enjoyed a day at Cloquet Country Club while raising funds for Northern Lights Foundation. Events like these remind us of the importance of giving back while strengthening relationships with other insurance professionals. And let’s not forgot to mention all the support this event receives! Numerous other local insurance agencies, regional carrier reps, sponsors and vendors attended this year’s event, sponsored by Dryco Restoration Services. All agency staff are encouraged to attend to help support each year’s event benefactor. What a great opportunity for agents to connect with their favorite company reps!
