Jolene graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She began working at Reliable Agency in June of 2003 and was awarded CSR of the year for the state of Minnesota in 2005. Jolene has also obtained her CISR, PLCS and CIC designations. Jolene is excellent at explaining insurance in easy to understand terms and is very skilled in determining proper coverages.
She enjoys spending time with her son Carter, daughter Azalyn, friends and family. She is active member of the community, serving on many committees, including the Cloquet Area Chamber Board and CAWHA and playing volleyball.
