Shannon is from Eveleth, MN where she graduated in 2012. She also received her B.S. in Business Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2015. After more than 10 years in retail management, Shannon joined the Reliable team in 2024! When she isn’t working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband Dusty and their 2 furbabies; a lab mix named Babs and a cat named Iris. If she isn’t with her family, you might also find Shannon sequestered away reading or enjoying a period drama!
