Micki grew up in the Duluth area and graduated from Proctor High School in 2001. She earned her Associates Degree in Medical Administration and spent 12 years as a medical transcriptionist. Using her knowledge in the health care field, Micki decided to pursue her Life and Health license in January 2013 and her Property and Casualty license in February 2013. In 2014, Micki earned her CISR, in 2017 her CIC and in 2020 was promoted to sales manager of the Commercial Department.
Outside of work, Micki loves spending time with her husband, Scott, and their 3 children, Izzy, TJ and Lola. They are members of the Hermantown community and love watching their kids play soccer, softball, basketball, baseball and hockey, as well as spending time on home improvements and enjoying the outdoors.
