Dez grew up in Anoka, MN. She graduated from Anoka High School in 2007 and later graduated from FDL Tribal and Community College in 2016. She started with Reliable in September of 2019 and is the receptionist at the Cloquet location. She obtained her Property and Casualty license in October of 2019. Along with her receptionist duties, she enjoys working in the accounting department as well.
