Kristen is a Duluth native and graduate of UMD with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Human Resources Management major. She had worked in Human Resources employee benefits and payroll administration before finding her career in Property & Casualty Insurance.
She began her Property & Casualty Insurance career in 2009 and obtained her Property and Casualty License in 2010. She received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2012 and her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2020. She has experience in both Personal and Commercial Insurance. Her focus is Commercial Insurance however she enjoys keeping up on her Personal Lines knowledge and helping if needed. She enjoys working with and learning about all types of customers and their businesses/organizations. She looks at every day in the insurance industry as a new challenge.
When not at work she is spending time with her significant other Jay, their dog Taz, along with her family and friends. She loves to spend time on the water, camping, and traveling (near and far).
